Paying with Tebex, delivery to your Cfx.re account, Asset Escrow, updates and refunds.
Buying
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Tebex, the official payment partner of Cfx.re. When you check out, the secure Tebex payment window opens on top of this site, so you never leave the store.
The payment methods you see, such as card or PayPal, depend on your country. We never see or store your payment details.
Why do I have to log in with my Cfx.re account?
Scripts, MLOs and tools are delivered to a Cfx.re account, not by email. Logging in with Cfx.re during checkout tells Tebex which account should receive your purchase.
You log in on Cfx.re's own page, so we never see your password.
Which Cfx.re account should I use?
Use the account that owns the license key of the server you'll run the asset on. Escrowed resources only start on servers whose key belongs to the account that bought them, so buying on one account and running it on a server registered to another won't work.
Are taxes included in the price?
Tebex is the merchant of record for every order. Any VAT or sales tax that applies is calculated by Tebex for your location and shown in checkout before you pay. Your receipt comes from Tebex.
Delivery & escrow
Where do I find what I bought?
Open the Cfx.re portal (opens in a new tab) and go to Assets → Granted assets. Your purchase usually appears there within a few minutes of payment, ready to download.
What is Asset Escrow?
Asset Escrow is Cfx.re's protection system for paid FiveM resources. The protected files are encrypted, and the resource only starts on servers whose license key (from Cfx.re Keymaster) belongs to the Cfx.re account that bought it.
Read how delivery works for the full picture.
Can I edit the scripts and MLOs?
The protected code stays encrypted, but config files are usually left open, so you can change settings, text and integrations.
Can I use an asset on more than one server?
Yes, on servers whose license key belongs to the same Cfx.re account, for example a live server and a development server. It won't start on servers registered to other accounts.
My purchase isn't showing up. What should I do?
Give it a few minutes, then check that you're signed in to the portal with the same Cfx.re account you used at checkout.
Still missing? Check the order in Tebex's payment portal (opens in a new tab) using your Tebex transaction ID. It starts with tbx- and is in your receipt email.
Support & updates
How do I get updates?
Updates are uploaded to the same asset in the Cfx.re portal. Download it again from Granted assets to get the latest version, and keep a copy of your config files before you replace the folder.
How do I get help with a resource?
Discord and email support are being set up, and our support page will list them as soon as they open.
Until then, Tebex's payment portal (opens in a new tab) helps with anything about a payment, and everything you buy stays in the Cfx.re portal (opens in a new tab) under Granted assets.
Which frameworks do the scripts support?
It depends on the script, so check the product description for supported frameworks such as ESX, QBCore, Qbox or standalone.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Because assets are digital and delivered straight to your account, purchases are generally non-refundable once they've been delivered or downloaded. The exceptions are where the law requires a refund, or where a product is faulty and we can't fix it.
Read the full refund policy.
What happens if I open a chargeback?
A chargeback or payment dispute removes your access: the asset's escrow license is revoked, so it stops working on your servers. If something is wrong with a payment, look it up in Tebex's payment portal (opens in a new tab) first.
Questions about an order?
Tebex and Cfx.re have it covered.
Tebex's payment portal can look up an order and get you a receipt, and everything you buy is in your Cfx.re account under Granted assets. Discord and email support are being set up.
